Hashim Al-Shakhs & Company W.L.L. is a Kuwaiti based private limited company, registered under the Commercial laws of Kuwait. Its shareholders are Hashim Ibrahim Hassan Al-Shakhs and Abdul Mohsin Ibrahim Hassan Al-Shakhs, who also is the Managing Director of the Company. It was established as a limited liability partnership and later on converted into a limited liability company due to extensive growth. The companies operations began after its incorporation in 1974.

The principal activities of Hashim Al-Shakhs & Company was to act as direct Importers and Distributors of goods and services. After the initial years of operations, the Company engaged itself in a set pattern of business. Today, it has evolved as one of the prominent business house in Kuwait and is recognized as one of the large conglomerates in the country.
